02 - 8 oz fresh mozzarella
03 - 2 large tomatoes
04 - 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices. Brush with olive oil and toast until golden brown and crispy.
02 - Dice tomatoes and chop basil. Mince garlic. Combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
