Dice tomatoes and chop basil. Mince garlic. Combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Top each toasted baguette slice with tomato mixture and fresh mozzarella.

Drizzle each bruschetta with balsamic glaze.

Garnish with extra basil and/or a sprinkle of cracked black pepper and red pepper flakes (optional).
