# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups Cooked Mac & Cheese
02 - 4-6 slices Cooked Bacon
03 - 4 large Flour Tortillas

→ Seasonings & Spices

04 - 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

→ Cheese & Sauces

05 - 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
06 - 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

→ Optional Extras

07 - 1 tablespoon Butter
08 - Jalapeños
09 - Sautéed Mushrooms

# Instructions:

01 - Cook bacon until crispy. Try not to burn it, but a little extra smoky flavor is okay!
02 - Stir ranch dressing and half the cheese into leftover mac and cheese. Add more garlic powder if you like!
03 - Spread mac and cheese mixture on half of each tortilla. Top with bacon and remaining cheese. Fold and press gently.
04 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook quesadillas for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden and cheese is melted.
05 - Slice and serve! Dig in while it's hot and gooey!
06 - That first bite of creamy, cheesy, bacony goodness is pure happiness!

# Notes:

01 - Don't overfill the tortillas!
02 - Leftovers are best reheated in a skillet.
03 - Sour cream can replace ranch dressing (but it won't be the same!).
04 - Serve with a side salad or tomato soup for a complete meal.
