Cook bacon until crispy. Try not to burn it, but a little extra smoky flavor is okay!

Stir ranch dressing and half the cheese into leftover mac and cheese. Add more garlic powder if you like!

Spread mac and cheese mixture on half of each tortilla. Top with bacon and remaining cheese. Fold and press gently.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook quesadillas for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden and cheese is melted.
