# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 lbs Russet Potatoes
02 - 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
03 - 4-6 cloves Garlic

→ Seasonings & Spices

04 - 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
05 - Sea Salt (to taste)
06 - Black Pepper (to taste)

→ Optional Extras

07 - 2 tbsp Olive Oil

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and scrub the potatoes well, then cut them into roughly 1-inch cubes. Don't worry about making them perfect!
02 - Mince the garlic using a garlic press or knife. Be careful, I almost lost a fingertip once!
03 - In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Make sure everything is nicely coated.
04 - Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F (200°C) for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
05 - Remove from the oven, dot with butter, and stir gently to coat.
06 - Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes to melt the butter and crisp the potatoes. Serve immediately!

# Notes:

01 - Don't overcrowd the baking sheet!
02 - Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
03 - Dried rosemary works if you don't have fresh.
04 - Serve with roasted chicken or a simple salad.
