Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices. Brush with olive oil and toast until golden brown and slightly crisp.

Dice the tomatoes into small pieces. Try to keep them a bit chunky for texture!

Mince the garlic as finely as you can. A garlic press is my go-to, but a sharp knife works too!

Spread minced garlic on each toast. Top with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. Add extra basil if you like!

Drizzle balsamic glaze over each bruschetta. Don't overdo it!

Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately and enjoy!
