# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 baguette
02 - 2 large ripe tomatoes
03 - 8 ounces fresh mozzarella
04 - 1 cup fresh basil leaves

→ Seasonings & Spices

05 - 1 clove garlic, minced
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Garnish & Toppings

07 - 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
08 - Olive oil for brushing

→ Optional Extras

09 - Roasted red peppers
10 - Sun-dried tomatoes

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices. Brush with olive oil and toast until golden brown and slightly crisp.
02 - Dice the tomatoes into small pieces. Try to keep them a bit chunky for texture!
03 - Mince the garlic as finely as you can. A garlic press is my go-to, but a sharp knife works too!
04 - Spread minced garlic on each toast. Top with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. Add extra basil if you like!
05 - Drizzle balsamic glaze over each bruschetta. Don't overdo it!
06 - Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Don't over-toast the bread!
02 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours (don't microwave!).
03 - Pesto can be a fun substitute for basil.
04 - Serve with a crisp white wine or Aperol Spritz.
