Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan. I usually line mine with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

In a double boiler or microwave (carefully!), melt the chocolate and butter together. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Whisk in the sugar until combined. Then, add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Don't overmix!

Gently fold in the Biscoff cookie butter until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Pour the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting and serving.
