02 - 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
03 - 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 loaf crusty bread, sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
02 - In a bowl, toss halved tomatoes, minced garlic, and basil with 1 tbsp olive oil and salt & pepper.
03 - Arrange chicken in a baking dish. Spoon bruschetta mixture over chicken. Drizzle with remaining olive oil. Arrange bread slices on top.
04 - Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and bread is golden brown.
05 - During the last 5 minutes, drizzle balsamic glaze over everything.
