Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

In a bowl, toss halved tomatoes, minced garlic, and basil with 1 tbsp olive oil and salt & pepper.

Arrange chicken in a baking dish. Spoon bruschetta mixture over chicken. Drizzle with remaining olive oil. Arrange bread slices on top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and bread is golden brown.

During the last 5 minutes, drizzle balsamic glaze over everything.
