02 - 2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes
03 - 1 whole bulb garlic
04 - 1 large bunch fresh basil

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off the garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap in foil. Roast for about 30-40 minutes, until soft and caramelized.
02 - While the garlic is roasting, cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
03 - In a large bowl, combine the chicken, roasted garlic, halved cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil. Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently to coat.
04 - Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the tomatoes are slightly softened.
