Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini and cook according to package directions, until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

If grilling, season and grill until cooked through. If using pre-cooked chicken, shred or chop into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, cherry tomatoes, and minced garlic. Toss gently.

Pour the Caesar dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat.

Stir in most of the grated Parmesan cheese, reserving some for garnish.

Serve immediately or chill for later. Garnish with remaining Parmesan cheese.
