Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Cook and shred chicken breast. Season with paprika and garlic powder if desired.

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss gently.

Just before serving, gently fold in the chopped romaine lettuce to prevent wilting.

Taste the salad and add more dressing, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper as needed.

Serve immediately or chill. Garnish with extra parmesan and croutons if desired.
