# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan. I always use parchment paper too – it makes cleanup a breeze!
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. I usually do this twice to make sure everything is properly combined.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter. This is where I usually sneak a little taste…oops!
04 - Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Don't overmix!
05 - In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture over the batter. Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon mixture, then sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar. Swirl it with a knife or toothpick for a marbled effect.
06 - Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely in the pan before frosting.
