Lightly oil a bowl, place the dough in it, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 4-6 hours, or until doubled.

Gently punch down the dough, divide it in half, roll each half into a rectangle, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and roll it up tightly. Place the rolls in a lightly oiled baking pan.
