# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice tomatoes in half and toss with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
02 - Roast tomatoes on a baking sheet for 20 minutes, or until softened and slightly caramelized.
03 - Slice baguette into 1-inch thick slices. Brush with olive oil and toast until golden brown and crispy.
04 - Top each baguette slice with roasted tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
05 - Drizzle balsamic glaze over each slice.
06 - Serve immediately and enjoy! Leftovers are surprisingly good, too!
