# Instructions:

01 - Wash and peel the peaches. Slice them into roughly 1-inch pieces. It gets messy, but embrace the chaos!
02 - In a large bowl, combine the peaches, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Gently toss to coat. The smell is amazing at this stage!
03 - Whisk together the Bisquick and milk until just combined. Don’t overmix! A few lumps are okay.
04 - Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the peach filling into the dish. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit topping over the peaches.
