Wash and peel the peaches. Slice them into roughly 1-inch pieces. It gets messy, but embrace the chaos!

In a large bowl, combine the peaches, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Gently toss to coat. The smell is amazing at this stage!

Whisk together the Bisquick and milk until just combined. Don’t overmix! A few lumps are okay.

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the peach filling into the dish. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit topping over the peaches.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. The hardest part is waiting!
