Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Melt half the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned. Set aside.

Add remaining butter to skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant. Don't burn!

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, scraping up browned bits. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.

Reduce heat. Stir in most of the parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.

Return pork chops to skillet and spoon sauce over them. Cook for 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Garnish with remaining parmesan and parsley. Serve immediately!
