10 - 1/2 cup Chicken Broth

# Instructions:

01 - Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Melt half the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned. Set aside.
02 - Add remaining butter to skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant. Don't burn!
03 - Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, scraping up browned bits. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
04 - Reduce heat. Stir in most of the parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
05 - Return pork chops to skillet and spoon sauce over them. Cook for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
06 - Garnish with remaining parmesan and parsley. Serve immediately!

# Notes:

01 - Don’t overcrowd the pan when browning the pork chops.
02 - Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or oven, not the microwave!
03 - Asiago or fontina are great cheese substitutes.
04 - A splash of white wine adds depth to the sauce.
