02 - 2 tbsp Butter

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Marinate steak for at least 30 minutes.
02 - Heat Blackstone griddle to medium-high. Sear steaks 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
03 - Add butter to griddle, baste steaks. Add marinade to griddle and baste again.
