# Ingredients:

02 - 1 whole head Garlic
03 - 1/2 cup Butter (unsalted)
04 - 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface.
02 - Cut the dough into 1-inch wide strips. Tie each strip into a knot.
03 - In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, Parmesan, and parsley. Mix well.
04 - Place knots on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with garlic butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.
