# Instructions:

01 - Warm milk, add sugar and yeast. Let sit 5-10 mins until foamy. Don't forget to check the expiration date!
02 - Whisk melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture. It should be smooth. Don't add the eggshells!
03 - Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead for a few minutes. It'll be sticky, don't panic!
04 - Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon. Add nutmeg for extra warmth. The smell is amazing!
05 - Roll dough into a rectangle, spread filling, roll tightly, slice into 12 rolls. Place in a greased dish, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
