Wash, peel, and slice the peaches. Try not to use a potato peeler… trust me.

Gently toss the sliced peaches with the granulated sugar and lemon juice in a large bowl. Don't overmix!

Pour the peach mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. This is the easy part!

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Pour melted butter over the peaches, then sprinkle the dry ingredients evenly on top.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Check it around 40 minutes.

Let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!
