02 - 1 cup white vinegar
03 - 1 cup water
04 - 1/4 cup sugar

08 - 1 tbsp fresh dill

# Instructions:

01 - Wash okra thoroughly. Trim stems.
02 - In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and dill. Simmer until sugar dissolves.
03 - Add okra to simmering brine. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
04 - Remove from heat, cool completely. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
