01 - 1 cup Mayonnaise
02 - 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
03 - 2 cloves Roasted Garlic
04 - 1 teaspoon Anchovy Paste
05 - 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

07 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap a whole head of garlic in foil and roast for 30-40 minutes, until soft and caramelized.
02 - Once cool, squeeze roasted cloves from their skins and mash into a smooth paste.
03 - In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic paste, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
04 - Taste and adjust seasonings. Add more lemon for tang, Parmesan for saltiness, salt and pepper to taste.
05 - Chill for at least 30 minutes for best flavor. Seriously, it's worth it!
