# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
02 - 2 cups sliced strawberries
03 - 4 oz crumbled feta cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Cube the watermelon into bite-sized pieces. Try to avoid getting too much juice everywhere, but it's bound to happen!
02 - Hull and slice the strawberries. I usually halve or quarter them depending on size. Aim for ripe, juicy strawberries for the best flavor!
03 - Gently toss the watermelon and strawberries together in a large bowl. Be gentle to avoid mashing the fruit.
04 - Add the crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh mint. Don't over-chop the mint! A little goes a long way. Toss gently to combine.
05 - Drizzle with fresh lime juice and olive oil. Toss gently. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. A pinch of salt and pepper might be nice!
06 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve cold. This salad tastes even better the next day!

# Notes:

01 - Pat the watermelon dry before adding it to the salad to prevent it from getting too watery.
