Cube the watermelon into bite-sized pieces. Try to avoid getting too much juice everywhere, but it's bound to happen!

Hull and slice the strawberries. I usually halve or quarter them depending on size. Aim for ripe, juicy strawberries for the best flavor!

Gently toss the watermelon and strawberries together in a large bowl. Be gentle to avoid mashing the fruit.

Add the crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh mint. Don't over-chop the mint! A little goes a long way. Toss gently to combine.

Drizzle with fresh lime juice and olive oil. Toss gently. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. A pinch of salt and pepper might be nice!

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve cold. This salad tastes even better the next day!
