In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Watch it carefully so it doesn't burn. Once melted, it'll start to foam.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant. Don't let it brown!

Pour in the white wine (or chicken broth) and let it simmer for a minute or two, until it reduces slightly.

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice. It should look vibrant!

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add red pepper flakes if desired. Taste and adjust as needed!

Serve immediately over your favorite dish! I've even put it on toast.
