# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1.5 lbs Ground Beef (80/20 blend)
02 - 2 medium Zucchini, diced
03 - 1 large Onion, chopped
04 - 1 red bell pepper, chopped

→ Seasonings & Spices

05 - Salt
06 - Pepper
07 - Garlic Powder
08 - Onion Powder
09 - Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

→ Canned Goods

10 - 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
11 - 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

→ Garnish & Toppings

12 - Fresh parsley or chives

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Break it up with a spoon as it cooks. Season generously with salt and pepper.
02 - Once the beef is browned, drain off any excess grease. Add the onion and bell pepper and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
03 - Stir in the diced zucchini and canned tomatoes (undrained!). Simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender-crisp.
04 - Stir in Worcestershire sauce and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes (optional). Simmer for 5 minutes.
05 - If you prefer a thicker sauce, stir in cornstarch mixed with water. Simmer until thickened, stirring constantly.
06 - Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or chives.

# Notes:

01 - Don't overcrowd the skillet when browning the beef—it needs space to brown properly.
02 - Leftovers keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheating gently on the stovetop is best.
03 - Ground turkey is a good substitute for ground beef.
04 - Serve with crusty bread for dipping!
