# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and break it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
02 - Add onion and garlic; cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Season generously with salt and pepper.
03 - Stir in zucchini and cook for 3-5 minutes, until it starts to soften.
04 - Pour in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat, cover, and cook 15-20 minutes, or until zucchini is tender and sauce has thickened.
05 - Stir in fresh parsley. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
