Cut 1 and 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside for your Healthy High-Protein Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta.

While chicken cooks, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 12 oz whole wheat spaghetti or linguine and cook according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining the pasta.
03 -
In the same skillet (no need to clean), add 1 tbsp olive oil and 6 cloves minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn. This aromatic base is key for your Healthy High-Protein Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta.
04 -
Pour in 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. Whisk until smooth and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
05 -
Add the cooked whole wheat spaghetti, cooked chicken, and 5 oz fresh spinach to the skillet with the sauce. Toss everything together until the spinach wilts and all ingredients are well coated. If needed, add a splash of reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
