# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine flour, ½ cup sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press half into a greased 9x13 pan.
02 - Toss cherries with ¼ cup sugar and lemon juice. This is so important!
03 - Combine remaining flour, sugar, oats, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Don't overmix!
04 - Spread cherry filling over crust. Sprinkle crumble topping over cherries. Make sure to cover them completely.
05 - Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Keep an eye on it; they burn fast!
06 - Let cool completely before cutting. This is the hardest part… but so worth it!
