Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.

Melt butter in a saucepan. Whisk in flour, then slowly whisk in milk until smooth. Stir in cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.

Stir in cooked macaroni and crumbled bacon. Mix until pasta is coated in cheese sauce.

Form ground beef into patties. Season with salt and pepper. Cook in a pan over medium-high heat until cooked through.

Cut buns in half. Spoon mac and cheese onto bottom halves. Top with patties and bun tops.
