01 - 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
02 - 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 cup heavy cream
04 - 2 large ripe peaches, diced
05 - 1 cup fresh raspberries

07 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Crush graham crackers into crumbs. Mix with melted butter and a pinch of sugar. Press into a springform pan and chill for at least 30 minutes.
