# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb Pasta
02 - 1 large head Romaine Lettuce
03 - 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
04 - 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
05 - 1 cup Croutons

→ Seasonings & Spices

06 - 2 cloves Garlic, minced
07 - Salt and Pepper to taste

09 - Black Pepper

→ Optional Extras

10 - Grilled Chicken
11 - Shrimp
12 - Fresh Basil

# Instructions:

01 - Boil water in a large pot. Add salt (don't forget!). Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
02 - Wash and chop the romaine lettuce. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Easy peasy!
03 - If making homemade croutons, cube bread, toss with olive oil and seasonings, and bake until golden brown.
04 - In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, and parmesan cheese.
05 - Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Don't over-toss!
06 - Serve immediately or chill for later. Garnish with extra parmesan and a sprinkle of black pepper.

# Notes:

01 - Don't overcook the pasta! Al dente is key.
02 - This salad keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days. Store the pasta and dressing separately for longer freshness.
03 - I've used different types of lettuce – butter lettuce is a good option.
04 - This salad is amazing on its own, but it pairs well with grilled chicken, fish, or even a side of crusty bread.

# Equipment Needed:
