# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large ripe peaches
02 - 2 large lemons
03 - 1 cup sugar
04 - 6 cups water

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and slice the peaches into wedges, removing the pits.
02 - Gently muddle the peach slices to release their juices. Don't over-muddle!
03 - Zest the lemons, adding the zest to the pitcher, then juice the lemons.
04 - Add the sugar, water, and mint leaves to the pitcher. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
05 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
06 - Add ice and garnish with extra mint sprigs and peach slices.

# Notes:

01 - Don’t over-muddle the peaches – you just want to release their juices, not turn them into mush.
02 - Store leftover lemonade in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
03 - If you don't have fresh peaches, you can use frozen ones – just thaw them completely before using.
