# Instructions:

01 - Wash and trim the okra. Pat dry.
02 - Combine vinegar, water, garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper flakes in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar and salt dissolve.
03 - Add okra to boiling brine, reduce heat, and simmer for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
