# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 large ripe peaches
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
04 - 1/2 cup water

→ Flavor Boosters

05 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
06 - Pinch of salt

→ Garnish & Toppings

07 - Fresh mint leaves (optional)
08 - Honey (optional)

→ Optional Extras

09 - Mango or Nectarines
10 - Orange Juice or Coconut Milk

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and slice the peaches. No need to peel unless you're feeling fancy. I usually skip it, honestly.
02 - Combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, water, vanilla, and salt in a blender. Pulse until smooth but with some peach chunks.
03 - Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or overnight.
04 - Run molds under warm water to loosen popsicles. Gently pull them out and enjoy!
05 - Add fresh mint leaves to molds before freezing, or drizzle honey after freezing.
06 - Rinse the blender and popsicle molds. Except for that one time… you know…

# Notes:

01 - Don't over-blend the peaches!
02 - Always taste test before freezing to adjust sweetness!
03 - Silicone popsicle molds are the easiest to use and clean.
04 - Pair with a refreshing glass of iced tea or lemonade!
