# Ingredients:

01 - 3-4 heads of garlic
02 - 1 cup unsalted butter (Kerrygold preferred)
03 - Fresh rosemary sprigs

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice off the tops of the garlic heads to expose the cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
02 - Place the garlic heads in a small oven-safe dish and roast for 30-40 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and golden brown.
03 - Once cool enough to handle, squeeze the roasted cloves out of their skins. Mash them gently with a fork. Add the softened butter and mix until smooth and creamy.
04 - Finely chop the rosemary and add it to the garlic butter mixture. Mix well to combine. Add red pepper flakes (optional) for extra heat.
05 - Transfer the garlic butter to a small bowl or ramekin. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
06 - Serve your heavenly roasted garlic butter with crusty bread, grilled vegetables, pasta, or anything your heart desires!

01 - Don’t overcrowd the garlic cloves when roasting; they need space to roast properly.
