# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1.5 lbs pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 4-6 cloves garlic, minced

→ Seasonings & Spices

04 - 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Garnish & Toppings

06 - Fresh lemon juice

→ Optional Extras

07 - Pinch of red pepper flakes
08 - Dijon mustard

# Instructions:

01 - Pat the pork chops dry and season generously with salt and pepper. Don't forget to season the pan first!
02 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side. Don't overcrowd the pan!
03 - Add garlic and rosemary; cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. The smell is amazing at this point!
04 - Pour in lemon juice and scrape up browned bits. This adds so much flavor!
05 - Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through (145°F).
06 - Remove chops, let rest, and spoon sauce over the top before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Don't overcrowd the pan when browning the chops; it lowers the temperature and leads to steaming instead of browning.
02 - Store leftover pork chops and sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheating gently in a skillet works best.
03 - Thyme or sage can be used in place of rosemary.
04 - Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a simple salad.

# Equipment Needed:
