01 - 2 lbs boneless lamb shoulder, cut into 2-inch cubes
02 - 1 large onion, chopped
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

07 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sear lamb cubes until browned.
02 - Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
