# Instructions:

01 - Combine warm milk, 1 tbsp sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
02 - Whisk in eggs and melted butter once yeast is foamy.
03 - Whisk flour and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
04 - Grease a bowl, place dough in, turn to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled.
05 - Mix brown sugar and cinnamon (plus nutmeg, if using).
06 - Roll dough into a rectangle, spread butter, sprinkle filling. Roll into a log, cut into 12 slices, place in greased pan.
