# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups cubed watermelon
02 - 1 pint hulled and sliced strawberries
03 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

05 - Pinch of salt

06 - 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and cube the watermelon and slice the strawberries. Try to keep the pieces roughly the same size.
02 - Gently toss the watermelon and strawberries together in a large bowl. Add the mint.

04 - If using, crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
