Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker with onion and garlic.

Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken. Don't be shy with the spices!

Pour chicken broth over everything. Add a little extra water if needed.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
