# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb Ground Beef
02 - 12 lasagna noodles
03 - 1 (28 ounce) can Crushed Tomatoes
04 - 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese
05 - 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

06 - 1 packet Taco Seasoning
07 - 1/2 cup chopped onion

09 - 1 (15 ounce) can black beans (drained and rinsed)

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease. Add the taco seasoning and onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
02 - Stir in the crushed tomatoes and black beans. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
03 - In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and half the mozzarella cheese.
04 - Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture, and meat sauce, repeating until ingredients are used. Top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
05 - Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
06 - Let rest for 10-15 minutes before cutting and serving.
