# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 6 cups ripe peaches
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
04 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice

→ Seasonings & Spices

05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Crumble Topping

06 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
07 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
08 - 1/2 cup rolled oats
09 - 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter

→ Optional Extras

10 - Vanilla ice cream
11 - Whipped cream
12 - Caramel sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. This is where I always forget to grease the pan, and then I spend 10 minutes cursing myself while trying to get it out. Don't be like me.
02 - Peel and slice the peaches. In a large bowl, combine the peaches, granulated sugar, flour, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Gently toss to combine. This is where you can really let your inner artist shine! Don't be afraid to mash some of the peaches for extra flavor.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, oats, and cold butter. Use your fingers or a pastry blender to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. I love the feeling of the butter crumbling between my fingers. It's so satisfying!
04 - Pour the peach mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the peaches. Make sure to get a nice even layer. I usually pat the topping down gently.
05 - Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly. This is when you start to get that incredible smell filling your kitchen. Pure bliss!
06 - Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. Honestly, it’s divine.

# Notes:

01 - Don't overmix the crumble topping, or it'll get tough.
02 - Store leftover cobbler in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
03 - I’ve experimented with using nectarines or blackberries instead of peaches, and it worked…kinda.
04 - Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
